We’ve been four or five times now and every time it has been amazing. They were even gracious enough to host our rehearsal dinner the day before our wedding. The staff is lovely, and the pizza is the best in, dare I say, all of Scotland!

After a long drive,we chose Mamma Mia and were not disappointed. The food was excellent, and with the excellent service, a place I would recommend.

A quality Italian restaurant conveniently located half way down Banchory high street. Upon our arrival, we were quickly seated and welcomed by the very pleasant staff. There is a compact, but authentic menu with many Italian dishes to choose from. I was informed the dish I ordered would take a longer time to cook than the other two, however it was very quick! I expected a wait of at least 40 minutes, but all three dishes were served to us hot within half of that. If you are visiting the area, Mamma Mia is an excellent place to stop for an evening meal. Many thanks to the staff once again.

Went for lunch here. Ordered a capricciosa pizza and still water. It was the best pizza ive had in ages, even better than Venice. Staff were friendly. Would definitely recommend

Prima pizza , kwamen om drukke tijd waardoor eigenaar in stress raakte over de tijd om het eten wel op tijd te reserveren. De 2 meiden die reserveren bleven vriendeien namen alle tijd voor je.

Decided to update my review. Food here has always been good quality (i actually find this better than any dominos or papa johns type pizzerias) and a fair price for what you get. Since its location change, the service has improved a lot. Staff have been friendly and attentive the last few times.

For us, Germans from the south of Germany, who loves Mediterranean food, this was BY FAR the best food we had yet in Scotland!

Got Mega Deal Take Away with 14” pizza with chips and chicken nuggets.
The service wasn’t pleasent from the door :( When asked about pizza size they confirmed that this is 14”, but measurements tells otheriwse !
1* for lying and overcharging for the pizza!
Otherwise good food.

Visited for a late lunch, pizza was very good as was the coffee. Service was efficient and friendly and the atmosphere was good being helped by the owner playing Italian radio in the background. Well worth a visit.

The chef came to our table and was personally offended when our dessert was inedible. Very unprofessional and threatening.

Ordered two pizzas both 16”. Because it was take away I just took both and go only to be surprise at home they are much less than 16” ( they magically shrink on they way to home). I do understand how pizza is made as I have family in Bruino but don't charge customer for large pizza when your final product is in price tag of your small pizza. On the other hand dough was good having the right amount of crust and burnt on it, sauce was very good and the toppings was ok. Customer service was fast and pleasant.
